Schedule
The 5 day ICS public workshop covers all ten modules of the ICS process. The workshop is usually held over a weekend from a Thursday evening until Sunday afternoon.
Monday 10am-6pm; Tuesday - Thursday 8:30am-6pm; Friday 8:30am-3pm
The Implicit Career Search begins with an inward journey exploring behaviours, feelings, attitudes, beliefs, values and self-concepts as you begin to uncover your work purpose. The outer journey, via the Career Development SpectrumÒ,develops this purpose into a lifelong career plan.
Participants will complete a career plan by the end of the workshop.
